Paul Paquette
Managing Director
Paul is focused on Ethidex Europe and the overall direction of Ethidex. Paul's business career has seen him work as a Management Advisor and Internal Auditor in the financial services industry, with particular focus in the life & health insurance industry. Paul's experience includes: process re-engineering; business strategy evaluation; business risk management; key control reviews and regulatory compliance. Paul holds a BA, MBA, CPA-CMA, FLMI and Masters of Religious Education.
Michael Percy-Robb
Managing Director
Michael pays attention to Strategy, Product Design and Customers. Leading the Canadian Business, Michael is working with our clients to help them efficiently and effectively meet their regulatory commitments. Michael's business experience includes executive roles in Banks, Insurers and Securities Companies with global accountabilities and a particular focus on Internal Audit, Risk Management, Governance and Regulatory Compliance. Michael holds an MBA, FCA and BSc. in Molecular Biology.

Sue's passion is delivering to our clients software solutions with integrity, availability and security. With over 25 years in Software Development and Management, Sue leads the Technology Team. Sue holds a BA in Mathematics and French.

Every day Tom supports our clients providing knowledgable and timely help. Tom has a decade of experience in business analysis and providing client support, with the last 5 in Ethidex.

Client Support / Back Office
Chantal supports our clients, helping them with answers and solutions, including bi-lingual support Chantal also works with our partner Law firms coordinating our Regulatory Content Modules. Chantal has BA from the University of McGill focused on administration and data analysis.
